You are welcome to use Pawfun’s proprietary Design Wizard under the following conditions:
User Submissions:
You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting the User Submissions to Pawfun.com, you hereby grant Pawfun.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Website and Pawfun.com’s (and its successors’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media now known or yet to be developed.
If you choose to post submissions on Pawfun.com Web pages, we require that you adhere to generally accepted rules of etiquette and standards of behavior, and that your use of Pawfun.com reflects your respect for the legal rights of users connected with Pawfun.com.
Additional Legalities Regarding Terms of Use:
- Pawfun.com expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. Pawfun.com reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Pawfun.com also reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Pawfun respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. In your use of and interactions with Pawfun.com and the website, you may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any User Submission that is copyrighted material belonging to someone else, without obtaining their prior written consent.
- You understand that Pawfun.com does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submission.
- In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account.
- When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information
- By registering with Pawfun.com, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawfun.com, and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of Pawfun.com, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.
